Our mission is to help stores connect with their customers. We build tools to send timely notifications, always relevant, never spammy.
When we started the company in 2016, we worked on making the artist-fan relationship more direct. Since last year, we have been pivoting to the ecommerce industry so it’s an exciting and fresh moment to join us.
The entire product and development team is working on new alerts for stores, new widgets to run campaigns with and new channels and store platforms to add to our offering.
Thus we all collectively think, design, develop and ultimately work on the platforms involved such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Twilio, Shopify. Making all these platforms work together in a smart and smooth way is our challenge.
Our aim is to not only make these smart alerts work for business owners, but also for the store visitors, a.k.a. the customers of the stores! Hence our mantra thus far has been to send timely alerts, always relevant, never spammy.
As we originally started building with Facebook Messenger, a lot of our tools originate from what is possible with Facebook Messenger. Lots of marketing tools, creative writing and creative campaign possibilities in chat. Some features worked, some didn't. Now we're on a mission to make our smart alerts simple to turn on and more accessible to all the various stores on Shopify.

We're located in one of the nicest areas in Amsterdam. On Govert Flinckstraat 210H in the heart of De Pijp in Amsterdam. Within walking distance from great lunch spots, a very nice bakery and the Sarphatipark. Metrostation 'de Pijp' is also around the corner.
Though we haven't been able to use our office much due to globally unforeseen circumstances (COVID-19), we look forward to seeing each other again soon.
